One change at a time

If you want to change different things in your life, focus on one change at a time. Leo Babauta, author of the great Zenhabits blog, experimented with changing multiple things at once, and found that it doesn’t work very well. Rather, he says, change one thing at a time, for at least a month. This will last much longer than ones that you apply thinner focus to.

This really makes sense to me. For the last couple of weeks I’ve been consciously aware of the progress we’ve been making. This article offers an insight that progress and change are to be made easily and gradually.
